I really like this place. A lot of food spots on campus, (especially the Wendy's, this is a solid alternative), will nickel and dime you for everything, finding excuses to charge you extra money for mediocre food. The food here is standard fare as well, but the staff members are really good people, I genuinely just think they bought the franchise and as of now, at least, are just trying to get it off the ground. The burgers are always SO delicious. Fries are fresh. Staff is always friendly. If you want to try a different burger joint at York, I recommend this place! :)
