Won’t make a mistake of goin here again. Staff is super rude , serve cold food and when we asked them about it they were laughing about it and just microwaved it . Worst place to be.

I did not experience the best customer service here. I asked for a signature combo and as I was about to ask for a different side and add another topping to my burger, the lady taking my order kept interrupting me saying "is that all?" I was clearly not done stating my order and there was no line behind me for her to rush through my order. She did not even ask any follow up questions to make sure if I was satisfied with my order. Instead I was given attitude and was not even able to ask for sauce to go with my chicken fingers. It felt like she was being condescending and kept laughing with the cooks, making me uncomfortable as if they were laughing at me because they kept staring my way. For all I know, they could've already spat in my food without me knowing.However, that was not all; When I received my order my chicken fingers were undercooked and my burger was overcooked. I've never experienced this in other franchises, this is the first. I spent a good $20 only to receive disappointment. After reading through several other reviews, it seems this isn't only happening to me. Do better! This needs to stop! Keep your employees in check and if they're not, they shouldn't be working in customer service in the first place. Burgers are really over cooked - like well done. You need to say very specifically what you want in your burger as they don’t ask and if you forget to mention anything, they’ll just give you a plain burger. Limited seating.

I won’t make this mistake again.I know it’s just a cheap burger and I don’t mean to complain but it looks amazing in the display. Looks like dry plywood when you get one. Smashed.Horrible horrible burger.

How it would be possible to talk with the phone and take order from the customer even not asking which kind of frenchfries would you like ,additionally not adding ketup and napkins.no respect from your employee though I paid much more money that I usually pay for one frenchfries and drink.hire employee who pay attention to their Job.PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE SANITIZER FOR YOUR STORE.,WE DONT HAVE SANITIZER MEANS TOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR STORE.

Got fish and chips here for the first time. I ordered for takeout it took about 10 minutes for them to cook it. Otherwise the service was really good from the servers and cashier. The fish and chips came with a white sauce that isn't tartar but it is pretty tasty. I think it is some sort of Caesar sauce mixed with some lemon.If you take a look at the picture when I first open the box the fish did not look appetizing at all. I had the fries first and the fries were on point extra crispy very flavorful can't go wrong with the fries here. Now onto the fish although it looked kind of weird it was actually very tasty. The haddock was flaky seemed pretty fresh. It was flavorful and you didn't even need lemons because it wasn't fishy at all. Overall I think I will definitely come back for the fish and chips.
