I just left this location and got an adult taco beef. I asked the employee to put the hard shells separate from the toppings so it doesn’t get soggy like the kids meal. He got the kids container noticing that the shells wouldn’t fit. I told him it’s ok put one on the side. He did t listen and proceeded put all the toppings in the dressing container including the hot items! I mentioned I didn’t like the idea of hot food going into soft plastic and he still proceeded to...

Usually I enjoy going to this location specifically because the service is pretty good and the bowls taste pretty good compared to other locations. However, last time I ended up eating my food at the restaurant itself and I sat in the corner near the windows. I noticed a cockroach on the table and immediately lost my appetite and left. My friend who was with me actually couldn't finish her food and ended up throwing their food away.

It's getting expensive. Food's still great and staff is still charming and helpful though. Thanks to the stage of capitalism we're in, it's not really worth it to eat fast food anymore. Screw using the apps. All fast food places are annoying with their app downloads requests and their so called coupons.
