I witnessed the cook using the gloves that he cooks with to touch the floor mat. Then he walked back to the kitchen not changing his gloves to deep fry chicken. I will never ever go back here again.

We ordered delivery requested mix of both dark and white meat. We received the smallest pieces of chicken, mostly skin.and no white meat.. Accidentally ordered spicy not thinking I could t eat it. I Like spice but this was unbelievably and unbearable to eat. The only items I could eat was the bun and fries once I warmed up the in my air fryer. I must say I was impressed. Best fast food fries I've ever had. Chicken experience was very disappointing. However I hope to try again but in person and not delivery. .

worker was not polite ,she had a very disrespectful attitude and tone when taking the order, probably wont return to this location. Poor customer service, worker was so loud and swearing in the back, seemed to be upset about her supervisor, complaining to coworker so loudly. very unprofessional.
