Food is shit no quality at all food service is not good i really really had a bad experience & after all of this they want us to give 10% tips 1st of all tips are my choice & should be how much i want to not someone is forcing me to give 10% tips

Services is okay but not the best from the veterans compared to the new workers ... at times hard to ask for red hot sauce which they act dumb which they suggest the oil hot sauce. Good portions and clean place to eat. Also tipping is important here.

This location is clean and service is also great. All their food options are top notch, however the salt and spicy squid is a must have if you love seafood. You can't find any other restaurant that can compare with their dish and the size. If you pair it with Chinese broccoli in ginger dish, Ah! The best meal!

Love this Queen location. The table setup was a bit tight, but it worked out well. Service was fast and efficient. The food was a bit on the spicy side, but that’s fairly typical for Chinese cuisine. Multiple dishes stood out and all I can say is that it was solid overall. Plenty of parking available, which is awesome.

We recently dined at this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the service. After we paid our bill, the server complained about the tip amount and told us that a **10% tip is required**. For clarification, tipping is a gesture of appreciation and **should never be demanded or required**.

What made the experience worse is that after this, we noticed the server chatting with a co-worker about our tip in a negative way, and when we had a take-out order, it was held back for longer than necessary, which felt unprofessional.

Tipping should be based on the service provided and the amount a customer **chooses to give**, not an obligation. We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.

Had dinner one night with two people and ordered 1 appetizer and 3 dishes. Portions were generous and everything was extra tasty. Service was excellent. Best time for dinner is 5:30 pm. My must order appetizer is always the spicy squid.

Terrible customer service. Very loud. Its not a restaurant. Its basically an empty hall...with round tables put all around...so when everyone talks it seems like a fish market. Food to order out id basically left over food from yesterday. Very disappointed with my 50$ order.

Food is pretty good. Quality can sometimes vary. We had the beef noodles and the beef can sometimes be tough. Note that the staff (particularly the lady) always pushes for tips to the point they calculate it in front of you which makes us a bit uncomfortable hence the one star for service.

One of the best Chinese food restaurants in the area. Spacious layout with quick service.

Congee, dough fritters with a Hong Kong milk tea is a wonderful brunch combo.

Tasty Cantonese dishes or Chinese BBQ if you need something more substantial.

We eat here regularly and it consistently good. It can get busy on weekends so you may want to book a table especially if you have a large party
