The quality was unbelievable considering it was a restaurant inside a supermarket. I ordered takeout because I was afraid there would be leftovers, but the packaging wasn't made of Styrofoam, so I just took it home and ate it. There are still a lot of Styrofoam containers, but the packaging was really good. The Jjamppong was just as delicious as it was at a specialty Chinese restaurant. Bibimbap is ordinary. The batter for sweet and sour pork is too hard. It looks perfect in the picture, but when you bite into it, it's so hard that the roof of your mouth cracks, and even when you open it after eating some seaweed from takeout, it's still hard. The sweet and sour pork sauce is very disappointing. I think it would be even better if you paid a little more attention to it. So, even though I used glutinous rice, the batter was not chewy and was rough. It seems like I mixed in too much glutinous rice rather than starch. Anyway, the meat was tender. If the sauce is good, it would be really great.
