Dragon Pearl Buffet

I have been there 3 times with a white lady. Food is delicious and quality is good and price is commensurate with food quality. Although havent chance to taste crab legs or whatever but it dosent matter because I prefer to buy from the market and cook at home and eat fresh . The service is good and staff is polite and nice eventhough I ask a very embarrassment question asking for a few biscuits packed back home for my lady friend. She has a doctor certified mental issue many years. Sometimes she cannot identify she is doing something properly or not. I just recently discover only (for this few times) she loves the cookies and took back home with a few last two times . Perhaps probably the staff notice her behaviour but they didnot say anything. It was also my fault to give her a few too to make her mentally happy meal ending the day. But this time visit she said she did not like biscuits because it is too sweet. That's fine. I am mind-eased. But I never thought of she picked fruits into her thermo jar when leaving passed by food counter. I was really shocked by her behaviour and she said this time she like fruits and hold in my hands (bottle) not put into her pocket. (as the staff said earlier before in front of us that one can keep one or two biscuits in HANDS ONLY when leaving Restaurant as sort of gratitude happy ending whatever).
I do understand running business is difficult nowadays and profit margin is small. I am now here to apologize to Pearl Dragon for her improper behaviour and promise not to bring her in again. So I appreciate the staff soft-landing the case and open-minded to accept all walks of life creatures !!!!!!!!! I myself really feel shame of it. Really sorry for that !

It was dinner time, so we expected the place to be crowded. Aside from that minor issue, the food was amazing! The whole family really enjoyed it, and the price was totally worth it. We’ll definitely come back, maybe next time during non-peak hours.

Love this buffet restaurant, it's probably my favorite one! Been here a few times as well. This time I came during lunch. Place wasn't too busy which was nice. Food was decent for a buffet. The only thing I missed was more seafood but I think they have more seafood during dinner or weekend buffets. Overall still enjoyed the time here and would return again the next time im craving a Chinese buffet but will be sure to visit during dinner or weekend times for additional seafood! I would still recommend this place to whomever likes Chinese buffet's as this place is 10X better than Mandarin!

Once we get in, the server told us we only have an hour, and the reservation is 11:30 to 1:00 and we came 12:00pm. And some visitors came around 12:30 they just eat for half an hour, the food that we eat wasn't digested to me properly because the server always reminds us the time. It was a bad experience, our first and last-- we'll never go there, NEVER AGAIN 😔😔😔

We went here for Afternoon Tea and every single thing was delicious. Our favorites were the five flavor duck, the pork bowls, wagyu sandos, tuna tataki, spicy wontons and the panna cotta. Service was impeccable and Anne is the best!

We attended the Brunch and the service, food and experience was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised and loved every aspect. The brunch options was very well spread and small portions so one can try everything. I wish I had more room to also explore the food part of the outside buffet, but I couldn't. Definitely will be back!

We visited Dragon Pearl to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet our expectations. Dirty dishes sat on the table for a while before being cleared, and no one refilled our water or checked if we wanted to order more drinks. The waitstaff were also slow to take our initial drink order, so we ended up ordering less than planned.

We noticed the staff being very attentive to other birthday groups, which made our experience feel a bit overlooked.

The food was average but fresh, the ambience pleasant, and the bathrooms clean though slightly dated. With a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service, Dragon Pearl could easily offer a much better dining experience.

Loved the food and friendly customer service provided by all staffed, atmosphere was good. I am on a diet so my plate in the images will show mainly vegetables and meat however there are alot of options for those who aren't on a diet.
