The customer service at the head office is awful. They messed up my online order and didn’t pass on the message to the store on time for a specific date cake order for my kids birthday. I ordered cakes for Oct 21 to be picked up. I went to the bakery and was told that they don’t have the cakes. Ordered a cake from this bakery through Uber Eats twice in a row, and it was amazing both times! The fruit cake is incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced in texture, flavour and sweetness. It’s so light and airy and the fruit on top tastes wonderfully fresh. Overall, one of the best cakes I’ve had so far! Highly recommend! 🍰
I just love these cakes they are absolute perfection they are the best tasting cakes I’ve had for far , the ingredients are top notch and the fruit is always fresh the cake is never overly sweet it’s the perfect consistency in everything the family just loves it thank you so much Bakery Gateau!
