It was a charming resteraunt. Too bad the owners changed and the new owners just walked out and abandoned it. Could not afford to run a small biz in socialist Toronto that only supports big monopoly corporations that give donations to the government. And no help from the feds with Justinflation. Sadly, this is happening a lot.

Was have a craving for some schnitzel - met a lovely gentleman named Frank, the chef - when I visited there in July of 2022 it was very quiet - the restaurant is somewhat outdated looking and the website has not been updated in a long time, so what I was hoping to buy, they no longer offered - after the pandemic, takeout food has become quite expensive - paid $26 for 2 nice pieces of schnitzel with potatoes and a generous side container of hungarian sauce consisting of vegetables...

We had not been there due to Covid and since the change of ownership. The gentlemen were great to deal with and very friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the food as we did with the prior owner. The schnitzel was good but the portion has gotten smaller and price was higher. The goulash soup was not very good as the beef was not tender nor was there very much of it in the soup. The bathrooms are not in very good shape and although they weren’t great 3 years ago, they have...
