I am horrified to report that I found a piece of plastic in my freshii bowl yesterday at the York Mills Centre. After telling the staff about it, they simply asked if I would like a new bowl and then half-apologized as an afterthought. I have no idea how many more pieces there were and if I already ingested some.Really disappointed in the food quality and service.
