Authentic Chongqing cuisine — one of my favorite Sichuan restaurants in Toronto. The dining environment is clean, prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the flavors are spot on with no artificial gimmicks. The Chongqing noodles, dan dan noodles, sausage fried rice, buns, and various styles of pork intestine dishes are all my favorites. They also offer a variety of live fish dishes, but it’s best to let them know in advance.
Eating a delicious 'leftover' (carefully reserved) pork bun for breakfast, and I'm motivated to get my laptop and leave a review.
We've been going for years, albeit not so often as we'd like. It's an hour drive from downtown TO, but we make the dedicated trip one or twice a year and we're never disappointed. We love the hot oil soups, the popcorn chicken and their various veggies dishes seasoned with pork.

Used to come here a ton back in the day and I loved it then as much as I love it now. Decor has been updated to be more modern but the food offering has seemingly remained the same. Highly recommend the pan fried dumplings, really great taste and substantial filling. For lovers of anything deep fried, the popcorn chicken was seasoned well and was appropriately crispy.
