The man who is right next to the cashier is impatient, i have to ask for the receipt after he just gave the pos terminal to me for the charges.
I won't recommend anyone to come here unless you want to have poor experience as a customer.

Such a rude environment, the service and whole experience was very awkward, coz that old lady server was asking for tip very rudely and also food was not worth the price.... i could literally give 0 rating review if was possible ... work better guys

Used to order frequently from Uber Eats as it was one of the few reasonably priced Korean spots left.
After today, we’re done.
Our delivery driver gave us the wrong order.
Is that the restaurant’s fault? No.
But at the same time, their receipt lacked any identifying details for our driver. They likely picked up multiple orders there, so they set him up for failure.
After reading several of the recent (ie. last 2 weeks) low reviews, I’m going to look for somewhere else nearby to start supporting. The behaviour around tipping from the staff is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Came here with a friend and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was noticeably poor, especially toward non-Korean customers. Would not recommend.

I came here yesterday with my friend and ordered three dishes. One came out first, and the other two were supposed to come after. But by the time we almost finished the first dish — which already took forever — the second and third dishes still hadn’t arrived. So I went up to the cashier to check, and it turned out they had packed those two dishes as take-out without even telling us. No one even seemed to remember we ordered them, which was honestly so weird and unprofessional.
When I asked why they packed it for take-out when we were clearly dining in, instead of fixing the mistake, they just brought the take-out bags to our table and asked if we were okay with it. We were literally like, “What the hell?” I even brought the take-out back to the cashier and explained we’d been sitting there dining in the whole time, and that the food had been sitting there for 30 minutes already — so we wanted it remade hot and fresh. They didn’t even say sorry, just remade it.
I’m a returning customer, but after this whole freaking bad experience, never again in my life will I come back.
And it didn’t even end there. Before my friend arrived, I had already asked for the bill because I didn’t want my friend to pay for anything. I even tipped 15% before getting any service. After we finally finished and left, two ladies literally ran after us shouting loudly that we hadn’t paid, which made us super confused and honestly embarrassed.
When I spoke with the manager with yellow hair (or whoever he was), I explained that I had already paid. He told me I only paid for the take-out, not for the first dish. Like, what?? I specifically asked for the bill for my table, and no one told me they were splitting the bill between dine-in and take-out. And again — why was there even a take-out when we clearly dined in the whole time?
Even though I tried to stay polite and left ANOTHER 15% tip, I received zero apologies. Honestly, this was beyond disappointing and pissed me off even more at how poorly the cashier handled everything.

The service was extremely disrespectful. I’ve been coming here for a long time, but this experience was unacceptable. We were rushed to pay and told to pay in cash immediately. When we said thank you, the food was just thrown on the table with no regard. As a loyal customer, I felt completely disrespected.
