I was hesitant to write this review because its been my go to place for my meals but I felt they deserve an honest truth. This is a small family owned business and the negative reviews here are ridiculous. I genuinely been buying food here for over 6 months. The food is great and the prices are even better, but seeing the people who come here constantly asking for extra portions and bargaining the prices leads to these negative reviews. People need to respect that this is a family business trying its best and it shouldnt be punished for standing up for itself from unreasonable customers trying to strong arm them.

Currently residing in Ohio but was in town for a wedding 10-26-25 and Hungry Hogs did the food! THE. FOOD. WAS. AMAAAAAZING! He had brisket, pulled pork, chicken, armadillo eggs (cheese stuffed jalapeño covered in sausages wrapped on bacon and smoked), mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, pasta salad....... it was ALL DELICIOUS! HIGHLY recommend. I wish he was on Ohio! If you hire these guys you will NOT be disappointed!

I saw roaches crawling all over the cutting board where they cut their meats. I do not think this place passed the health and cleanliness inspection recently. Dingy rundown place that serves okay BBQ pork. Don't visit if you expect good BBQ pork. The price is a little high for the quality you are getting.

Like many others have experienced, the workers are very rude and inconsiderate. I was prepared to pay cash with a handsome tip but I chose to hand my money to the business across the hall from them. Their food selection is nothing special and is readily available elsewhere nearby with deserving and well mannered employees.

EXTREMELY RUDE. First time coming here to buy BBQ and the BBQ guy was so rude and cocky. I didn't come here to get yelled out. He left a bad impression that Im not going to go back to buy. Imnot recommending anyone to come here. He even attempted to give me a dried meatless bbq.
