Basically like another Toronto healthy bowl joint Impact Kitchen, but lesser quality ingredients. One notch above freshii. Wouldn’t eat again here. Worth a try tho if you’re not particular about quality of meats and produce.
I like concept from this restaurant local products and organic I had the turkey chill with a ginger & lemon drink very nice and refreshing.The energy in the restaurant is good it's nice to be there I've seen the restaurant at Yorkdale but hadn't really stopped by in future I will be.All in all a good experience you don't feel rushed you order pay sit down and the food is served at your table.

I’ve been here a few times and each time the food and service have been great. So maybe the manager /owner has gotten their staff in order? I’ve had smoothies , avocado toast soups, chicken broth , and a bowl and all have been fresh and tasty. I always feel good after eating here and I don’t find the prices too bad considering a McDonald’s meal is almost $20 these days anyway.
