Best rotis in GTA.
My family & I have been getting roti from island foods for close to 15 years, and since finding this place, we haven’t been able to go anywhere else. The food is absolutely delicious (best roti in Toronto!) and the service is always incredible. Love supporting this family business❤
Tried the goat roti and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and full of flavor, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

**Island Foods (Don Mills Rd.)**
Island Foods is an ultra authentic West Indian restaurant on Don Mills Rd. It is a rare family business gem, run by a mother and daughter who are beautiful people and very kind. The staff is exceptionally friendly, patient, and accommodating.
The restaurant serves the best roti in town. The chicken roti is cooked to perfection, with that perfect buss up shot flakey texture. The chicken breast is moist, the potatoes are tender, all smothered in heavenly gravy. Other menu items include potato roti, Chana roti, beef potato roti, goat roti, oxtail, goat, jerk chicken, shrimp, doubles, and a slice of rum cake. The gravy adds to the flavour.
The restaurant is clean and bright. Island Foods is comfort food done right. Customers keep coming back for years, even over 20 years, and are never disappointed. No matter where you are coming from, this place is so worth the drive.
