Shakes and meals are great, tailored to meet specific fitness goals. However, I must mention that the service provided today by the ladies during the morning shift could use some improvement in terms of attentiveness so it matches the quality of your shakes.
Great smoothie bar inside LA Fitness... Great selection of smoothies and food items. Always on point with the portion and giving you every drop of protein you pay for!Even if I'm not at the gym I will go out of my way to pick up a smoothie from here over any other local spots *cough* booster juice *cough*
