Oh My, KFC used to be the Chicken place to get that chicken! Now, I find the chicken pieces are smaller and can be dry. I ordered the chicken strips only hoping it would be a winner for my lunch but, they lacked taste. The only thing that had this taste was the plum sauce I kept dipping to eat it. I do like chicken strips from time to time but I will not order chicken strips from KFC again.

The quality of KFC chicken just isn't was it used to be. Pieces are small, a bit dry and doesn't taste as fresh compared to competitors. There's a reason there's no lineup at KFC, but you'll see lineups at other restaurants (Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Jollibee, etc.). The only reason I eat KFC is because they have coupons.

If I have less than 1 I would give them. The chicken was literally OAIL with no taste. I asked for Zero Coka Cola, they changed the glass four times as they discovered in the end that there is no drink and they have to fill it. OMG I won’t eat KFC

I tried to order a meal at 12pm and they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait for chicken. How are you out of chicken at 12pm? That's lunch time for a lot of people. Poorly managed and the lady was rude about it too. Customer service was 0 stars.
