KFC, a once-popular chicken restaurant, has seen a decline in quality according to recent reviews. The chicken is described as smaller, drier, and lacking in flavor, with the onion rings and coleslaw also disappointing. Customers have found better options at competitors like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, and Jollibee. The only reason some continue to visit KFC is due to the availability of coupons.
