Wine Butler Toronto provides exceptional service and a great wine-bottling experience. The staff, including Dave and a friendly female team member, are always helpful and friendly. Despite an unexpected incident involving a broken carboy, the staff quickly cleaned up the mess and continued to assist with the bottling process. The wine is also excellent, especially after a few months of aging. While some minor improvements can be made to the bottling process, the overall experience is always 5-star.
