So we had a bit of an incident when the carboy cracked open and spilled all over the floor. Fortunately it was the 2nd batch to bottle and I was 1/2 through my first batch when it happened. Those guys worked frantically to clean up one H__L of a red wine mess all the while still attending to my bottling process.No anger, no hostility, just cooperative working skills.Not my 1st time at Wine Butler and certainly not my last. And yes I walked out with both batches.
This must have been my 10th+ bottling experience at this location. Service is always impeccable and the wine (if you can let it sit for 2-3 month) is really quite good. I’m a huge fan.Not a big deal or anything but I’d suggest an update/refresh is in order. For example there has to be better options for the corking process (one that automatically feeds corks into the stamping position). I always have a great experience when I bottle my Wine at this location, this time especially no body was able to come with me so Dave stepped right up and helped me with my 60 bottles. He is always very friendly and helpful. Tyler, I believe that the girls name....if not im sorry, ill get it right next time ? is also very friendly . I will recommend you anytime.Oh by the way the wine is great too!!!
