I came here around 9pm on a Tuesday night and I ordered a 12 piece variety bucket and I’ve been told to wait a couple minutes for the chicken which is no problem at all but after couple minutes I’ve been told that they only have 4 tenders instead of six that is included in my bucket( not the employees fault but I wish I’ve been told before making the order) grabbed my order and I left. Once I made it home I also noticed that I didn’t get any salads either (which is why I get the variety bucket so I get salads with my meal. So upset) even tho the chickens were fresh they were pretty watery and honestly tasted nothing close to beforeEven with coupon still 37$ (which is pretty much St. Louis price for two lol) and still having all these problemsNot my first time here getting my order wrong that’s why I decided to write a reviewMy least favourite location

I laughed so hard when I opened the box. This so called “piece chicken” is like 1/4 of the Popeyes one, how can you find such a chicken piece?

Customer service agent was polite.Cook was rude and all on his cell phone just before making our food, didn’t wash his hands.Also, he was very grumpy with the young girl at the front… made things uncomfortable.Pieces were small - never seen this small of a piece (no bigger than the Pam of my daughters hand… she’s 6)Fries were salt with a side of fries…Think it’s Mary Browns from now on when I’m craving a cheat meal

The staff were rude and inattentive. Our order was completely wrong, but we did not realize it until we were home. When we called the store, the manager on duty was indifferent, unapologetic and could barely speak English.Do yourself a favour, don't give this place your business. They clearly do not care, and have no concept of customer service.

Honestly we wanted to order Popeyes, we debated between the two and after this, I regret ever ordering from KFC! Instead of our LARGE size servings, they had the nerve to swap them all out to INDIVIDUAL SIZE SERVINGS. What a rip off! Did you really think we wouldn't notice? BTW our chicken was mostly BONE, where was the chicken? I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Thanks for pocketing our money.
Delivering Uber eats, food was not ready when promised, lady said 2 minutes and it was over 10 min. I almost cancelled order as I had other orders to deliver in the car. Cost me all my tips.
