I came here around 9pm on a Tuesday night and I ordered a 12 piece variety bucket and I’ve been told to wait a couple minutes for the chicken which is no problem at all but after couple minutes I’ve been told that they only have 4 tenders instead of six that is included in my bucket( not the employees fault but I wish I’ve been told before making the order) grabbed my order and I left. Customer service agent was polite.Cook was rude and all on his cell phone just before making our food, didn’t wash his hands.Also, he was very grumpy with the young girl at the front… made things uncomfortable.Pieces were small - never seen this small of a piece (no bigger than the Pam of my daughters hand… she’s 6)Fries were salt with a side of fries…Think it’s Mary Browns from now on when I’m craving a cheat meal

Came here on multiple occasions. Every single time I come, they never happen to have bacon and cheese as an add on even though it's on their menu. Seems a little odd for it to be a coincidence for at least 4 times. KFC is one of the best go tos but this location is garbage
