I ordered 8 pieces family bucket meal. When I opened it at home, there were 7 pieces. Food is more expensive and they do not put all the pieces. Plus, two pieces extremely small.Service was fine. However, you get there and the order area is empty, nobody there until someone came from inside. Second time at this store and same observation. This is quite possibly the best KFC in Toronto. The establishment is always spotless & super clean. The chicken is actually full size pieces of chicken (instead of the morsels you get at other locations) & are done true to the original recipe. Staff is also super friendly & courteous. Please keep up the great work & dont ever change!!!

The food is ok if fried chicken is what ur looking for. They have seasoned their French fries now which I'm not sure if i actually like it or not. The location is in a good spot. And the Service wasn't bad the staff is friendly and all but the wait for any food takes minimum 15 mins. Always a wait even if ur the only one there.
