Markham my words. This location will close down within a year. The food tastes disgusting and the staff hate people and working there. Why would anyone ever want to come to this location ? If you arenthe franchise owner, you should be ashamed to run a place like this. If you have shame, fire the entire staff and hire competent people who actually care about their output.

I had one of the worst fast-food experiences at this KFC location. The wait time was incredibly long – over 30 minutes for a simple order. When I finally got my food, the chicken was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant that specializes in fried chicken. .
I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting fresh food and decent service.

When people cut corners by using dirty oils and trying to get the oil to serve you as much as possible at the end you have a buittiffull looking chicken that smells like dirty oil from your car.
