Went here last week to try it out, store was dirty with lots of receipts on the floor and around the high traffic areas. Washroom was was so dirty, I seen 2 drug addicts go in and out of washroom during my 15 minute wait. I don't feel safe at this location at all. Washrooms should be for customers only.

I ordered a wrap today, but the tortilla was very tough to chew. It seemed like it had expired, and the wrap was cold.
What the hell I ordered a poutine guy served me with chilli fries. He said new chilli fries poutine try that. I took it no cheese curds no gravy, when I call manager she laugh at me and said this poutine has no cheese curds and gravy and if you are so eager buy it separately and spend 1 dollar. The audacity of this crew spend 20 dollar tottaly nasty food as burger was full of chilli flakes . I throwed the whole order and would definitely like a refund if kfc see this.

The food was cold the first time I went there, the second time I have completed about the food was cold and I got an hot meal. It's was tasted very good. The cash was around the back try to get her attention but I guess she was the one who was cashing and serving at the same time. It's seem as if they were under staff.
