Excellent customer service and their flavours exceed expectations
Their bulba is natural and freshly made. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
Great icecream bubble tea floats with tapioca balls.
very disappointed
Don’t go here. They never have the bathroom working. Short girl with marker or tattoo on her cheek was super aggressive to make a new drink, she also refused to tell me her name. I requested less tapioca and extra brown sugar. I tried my drink in the car, returned and stated there’s no brown sugar, can I get a new drink made, the girl refused. The same girl is telling me if I shake the drink the brown sugar will be dissolved. There was no extra brown sugar, nor was there brown sugar around the cup for it to dissolve cause I didn’t shake my drink. I threw the drink away, waste of money. I drove all the way from Weston road and Lawrence to not get my order.
I went for bubble tea recently, but unfortunately it wasn’t as good as it used to be. The drink tasted really bad and I didn’t enjoy it at all. The staff also looked very unhappy, which was surprising because they were much friendlier and more energetic before. Honestly, it was disappointing.
They got my order wrong and said that if I want to get my actual order I need to pay again!

I came in at 8 50 and the store closes at 9 but still i was told that they are closed… clearly the staff doesn’t care about customer’s experience. Very disappointing
The lady who served me was fantastic! She helped me decided between different drinks. Friendly demeanor. Refreshing drink!

my usual order is the ‘jin xian oolong milk tea’ and every time i get it, it’s absolutely fresh and tasty, especially with brown sugar pearls. definitely recommend 🧋

Love this place. This is an automatic must-go when I'm on Orfus road shopping.
I normally grab the earl grey milk tea with coffee jelly, but I love the Rose milk tea with pearls 👌🏾
Seating in there is limited but very nice. I love the little patio out front, which I definitely use in the summer.
The washroom seems to be out of service everytime we go but other than that, great go-to spot
