It is very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 on this shop, I ordered 3 cakes, tarts and other stuff, it is full of bag, when I back home and open it, 1 cake missing! I call their office leave voice mail, and email them, and leave a FB message, and wait for 3 days, NO ONE RESPOND!
I called to the office and talked to the manager, he said that he didn't get anything from me! no email, no voice mail, no FB message!? Also, he hang up my call!!!!!!! how come the company service...read full review

Purchased for my mom’s birthday and we all loved it! I don’t typically like cheesecake but, this one is so soft and delicious that I would definitely recommend. I also really appreciated the free added mini cheesecake tarts that were added to my order and they also tasted really good. Delivery was fast and everything was fresh and tasty. Pretty affordable as the cheesecake fed 6 of us and I only paid about $20 total. I would 100% recommend and will be a returning customer....read full review

Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake on Orfus Road offers a delightful experience. The original cheesecake is fresh and fluffy, highly recommended. The staff, while efficient, may seem robotic. The custard tarts and Match white chocolate chips are exceptional. Despite the pricey cheese tarts, they are worth every penny, being the most delicious tarts ever tasted.
It’s very berry season, and the mixed berry cheesecake is a must-try—yummy and fresh. The new ube cheesecake is also a hit, with a nice flavor that’s not too sweet and so light it disappears fast. Customer service is excellent and quick, making this place perfect for fans of Japanese desserts. The cheesecakes are a unique take—light, airy, and shareable, ideal for a snack or dessert without feeling overly indulgent.
