my usual order is the ‘jin xian oolong milk tea’ and every time i get it, it’s absolutely fresh and tasty, especially with brown sugar pearls. definitely recommend 🧋

Love this place. This is an automatic must-go when I'm on Orfus road shopping.
I normally grab the earl grey milk tea with coffee jelly, but I love the Rose milk tea with pearls 👌🏾
Seating in there is limited but very nice. I love the little patio out front, which I definitely use in the summer.
The washroom seems to be out of service everytime we go but other than that, great go-to spot

I highly recommend the bubble tea at this spot! They have great flavors and a nice atmosphere. However, I also tried the original egg waffle, and it wasn’t the best. It came plain without any toppings, and I’m not sure if that’s how they normally serve it. If you’re looking for good bubble tea in a nice setting this is a great place to visit!
