This location consistently prioritizes gaming their speed metrics over actually serving customers properly. Orders are cleared off the screen immediately before they’re made, so no one knows what’s actually being prepared. The supervisor just calls out numbers that no one can hear, creating total confusion behind the counter. I was here jan 3rd at noon and was so confused while waiting for my order.
The result? Simple orders still come out wrong, even a basic double-double coffee with no sugar was messed up. The staff look stressed, disorganized, and unsupported, and customers are left standing around guessing when their food is ready.
This place might look “fast” on paper, but in reality it’s chaotic and inaccurate. Management needs to focus on accuracy and communication, not just clearing screens to hit KPIs.

More than once I've gotten Big Macs with a cold bun. Ordered a cappuccino via the app, and got a coffee instead because the machine was broken (I did get a voucher but it was a pain to redeem it). App has discount offer on fillet o fish, but not available at this location. Fries do not have enough salt. Don't have medium size caps for soft drinks. No medium coffee cups - they used large cups instead so not a big deal. Take out bag didn't have napkins.
Charged me $0.75 for one slice of unripe tomato. Stated that I had to pay $1.50 for two slices. Website says 2-3 slices per charge. Little cream cheese was thrown on the bagel carelessly. I know it’s McDonalds, but getting this for $4.14 is ridiculous.

Worst McDonald’s ever. As driving up to the drive through window u could eee in front of u the workers gave several customers the wrong order. They also gave me the wrong order and was completely rushing. The food tasted old and like plastic, all went to waste.
