This place is an absolute gem!! It tastes like home. I wish more Korean restaurants would follow the foot steps of restaurants like this where they refuse to water it down to showcase culturally authentic Korean food.

It's the only place besides Cho Sun Ok that makes Korean stews and soups the traditional way.

I saw some reviews prior to going and noticed a review talking about how spicy the traditional fermented soy bean soup was......

Is there a place like this in Toronto?
Canadian pork is really delicious
But this place’s cheonggukjang, bean curd stew, and kimchi stew are more delicious.
This is a stew restaurant that would be successful even if you were in Korea.

A cute little hole in the wall place that I decided to try out with my friends. It's a cute little joint run by a very kind and hospitable owner that made sure we were always okay with everything.

The food was delicious and flavorful. The first thing on their menu booklet is told that all sauces and side dishes were made in-house. Nothing artificial or high chemical in here that's for sure!

Will definitely come back again soon for...
