This is my Favour pizza location, I always order there because the customer service Mary is a very nice lady and excellent service, she also speaks a little mandarin, she always positive and made sure my order is complete before I check out. and I love the pizza and chicken wings, they are so fresh and delicious!

An old man brought potatoes for frying from the end of the kitchen to the fryer with his hands without gloves, in such a bad condition that he slipped from his hand. And when I said gloves, he said that pizza does not need gloves and it is fried. But if What if the hair on his hand gets fried in my food?

I was at the Raptors game last night with the kids and they reminded me that we could redeem our free slices (since the opposing team missed a free throw in the 4th quarter). Honestly, it’s so difficult to get a free slice since you have to be at the game, have the app downloaded on your phone, have an account set up and have push notifications on, and scan a QR code. Even though it was almost 9pm, we went to the local Pizza Pizza near our place. The person working at the front tried to question the validity of our codes, asked when the game was, and was giving me attitude and told me I had to wait. I was there with my 4 kids so we had a total of 5 phones with unique QR codes and when we finally got our pizzas, we were given 3 napkins and so I asked for 2 for napkins. The person I was dealing with walked to the back and the other worker had to come to the front to give me some more napkins. I was not impressed with the customer service at all - even the kids noticed that the person was giving me attitude. I was going to order a couple more pizzas for the kids to bring to school tomorrow but when I got the bad service, there is no way that I will give this location my business moving forward.
