We ordered two 8” pizzas for about $50, and honestly, the first reaction my girlfriend and I had was to laugh at how tiny they were. They were only slightly bigger than my hand. They even placed exactly one small piece of sausage on each slice—almost like they intentionally made sure you’d never get two pieces on the same slice.
I also specifically confirmed if they include their special sauce, and they said yes. But when we opened the boxes, there was only one sauce for both pizzas. At that point, it genuinely felt like they were laughing at us, and we were laughing back at how ridiculous the whole thing was.
A business like this shouldn’t expect support when they don’t even try to stay competitive with other Persian fast-food places less than 1 km away. Just a recommendation: don’t buy food based only on nostalgia. Jesus…

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Shab and it was honestly a huge letdown. The price was way too high 31$ for pizza and the drink, and the pizza itself was extremely small for what I paid. On top of that, it wasn’t crunchy, wasn’t tasty, and had almost no flavor. Nothing about it justified the cost or the hype. Really disappointing experience, I won’t be ordering from Pizza Shab again.

The customer service was very poor !! They gave me all of my pizza orders wrong. My orders were a Large steak and Large veggie pizza, but they gave me a ground beef pizza and a superem pizza with bad quality!! When I called them and explained, they just told me sorry!! They even charged me for two extra sauces but they didn't care about their poor and wrong service !!

We waited more than 50 minutes for our order. The pizza was very heavy, and the sausages on top were overcooked and hard. They also don’t allow half-and-half toppings, which was disappointing. After eating, I felt uncomfortable and my stomach was heavy, probably because of the cheese. On top of that, the price was way too high for the size—we basically paid for a medium but got a small. Overall, not a good value and not a good experience.

And wayy tooo over priced for such taste. This kind of medium sized pizza should not cost more than $7. Tried them before and it was better but I wouldn't risk it again.
