We waited more than 50 minutes for our order. The pizza was very heavy, and the sausages on top were overcooked and hard. They also don’t allow half-and-half toppings, which was disappointing. After eating, I felt uncomfortable and my stomach was heavy, probably because of the cheese. On top of that, the price was way too high for the size—we basically paid for a medium but got a small. Overall, not a good value and not a good experience.

And wayy tooo over priced for such taste. This kind of medium sized pizza should not cost more than $7. Tried them before and it was better but I wouldn't risk it again.

I faced with a shocking scene today and I didn't expect that I went to that location I ordered a small supreme pizza with two drinks maximum for $31 and it was super awful the pizza size was super small in the size of hand and I never come and order from this place anymore

Terrible experience. I called Pizza Shab and Atena told me the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up exactly on time, but ended up waiting another 15 minutes — no update, no apology, no explanation. Atena didn’t even acknowledge the delay, let alone say sorry. Just stood there like nothing happened. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how you treat paying customers, don’t expect them to come back. Never again.

The crust is thick but not doughy, with just the right amount of crunch on the edges. The generous cheese and savory mix of meats, mushrooms, and green peppers take me back to the little pizza shops in Tehran, where every bite felt comforting.

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. It was and had a strange smell that made me lose my appetite. The dough was awful — chewy, undercooked, and tasted stale. The toppings looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for days — dry, old, and flavorless. I couldn’t even salvage a slice — straight to the garbage. I called them immediately to let them know, but they didn’t bother to follow up. Not a single word. I didn’t expect a refund, but basic respect? Yes. I ordered from Pizza Shab out of goodwill to support a community business — I regret it deeply. They don’t deserve a second chance. When you serve trash and ignore customers, you lose trust — simple as that.

Great food, but they really need to update their menu prices on google maps, since it is listed much cheaper than what you actually pay for. Also, they have become stingy with giving out dipping sauces, as I asked for extra dipping sauce, and tipped $10 for pickup, after the cashier confirmed giving me extra. However I got home and saw that they had only left me ketchup packs!
