I've been to Chungchun Rice Dog a few times now, and I have to say, the food never disappoints. Every order comes out hot and fresh, and you can really taste the quality in the batter and the fillings. The rice dogs are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, just the way they should be. They have a good variety of toppings and sauces too, so you can mix it up each time.
