If you grew up in Iran or had the chance to try Iranian-style pizza, stepping into or ordering from Pizza Shab feels like a trip back in time and straight into the Persian flavor. At least, that is how I feel.

The crust is thick but not doughy, with just the right amount of crunch on the edges. The generous cheese and savory mix of meats, mushrooms, and green peppers take me back to the little pizza shops in Tehran, where every bite felt comforting.

Great food, but they really need to update their menu prices on google maps, since it is listed much cheaper than what you actually pay for. Also, they have become stingy with giving out dipping sauces, as I asked for extra dipping sauce, and tipped $10 for pickup, after the cashier confirmed giving me extra. However I got home and saw that they had only left me ketchup packs!

Lady didn't know the source of meat hence couldn't tell me of its hand slaughtered halal or machine slaughtered. Hence had the vege pizza.
Medium vege pizza for $22+tax Chicago style was good but i felt the price was a bit high.
