This review is long overdue, but I still wanted to share my experience because food safety should never be taken lightly.
The last time I ordered chicken from this Popeyes location, I found several strands of human hair trapped between the chicken and the crispy batter. It wasn't just sitting on the surface—it was actually embedded underneath the coating, which was honestly disgusting and made me lose my appetite immediately. 🤢
Too bad I didn't think to take a photo of it. I was so disgusted the moment I saw it that I immediately threw the chicken away. Looking back, I wish I had taken a picture before tossing it, but my first reaction was pure disgust.
I understand that accidents can happen in any restaurant, but finding hair inside the batter raises serious concerns about food preparation and quality control. It completely ruined the meal and made me question the hygiene standards at this location.
I've always enjoyed Popeyes, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I expected better, especially from a well-known chain. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously, reinforces proper food safety practices, and ensures this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. Finding human hair in your food is simply unacceptable.

The food was fantastic and ashwin has provided exceptional customer service.

I went in to order something to eat at around 3pm today and was greeted by a young girl at the counter. I asked for a tenders meal, and she simply replied, “Out of stock.” I then asked for a wrap, which was also unavailable. When I asked if they had wings, the man in the back spoke to her in Hindi, a language I understand, and told her, “It’s frozen, it will take time to cook.”

Instead of being honest with me from the start, they made it seem like items were unavailable simply because they were lazy and did not want to prepare them. I confronted them and walked out.

They lost my business because of their laziness and lack of professionalism. This is exactly what happens when a restaurant is left in the hands of people who clearly do not care about customer service or the business they are representing.

Lowkey might be the best and cleanest popeyes i've ever been in.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience - stay away!
I ordered from here expecting a decent meal, but it was an absolute disappointment. The chicken was completely overcooked, bone-dry, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The fries were also cold and soggy.Absolutely terrible food and even worse customer service. I will definitely never be coming back here.

Absolutely amazing food and service at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen! The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Staff was friendly and the takeout order was packed neatly and ready on time. One of the best fast food chicken spots. Highly recommend!”

Been coming here for a few years now and the service has always been good! The food was fresh and hot as requested. The place was clean and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Kriti and Kushi for their service - they were polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.
