Probably the worst Second Cup I’ve ever been to, and I’m a loyal Second Cupper. Not sure if the lady who works there is the manager or owner but she is always leaning on the counter on her phone, texting or talking on it to the point where I end up waiting there for a few minutes in a completely empty restaurant waiting for her to finish her phone conversation. Once she does finally give you some of her attention, she makes you feel like you’re a huge burden to her for even ordering. I feel like prison guards are friendlier.
The coffee itself is ALWAYS burnt and just warm.
That being said, the afternoon worker is very sweet.
I came to this location a few times to give it more of a chance, but I will not be back.

I have been to this location a few times. The staff is friendly and patient. They have a great selection of cakes and pastries and cookies. Second Cup is my favorite coffee place. My favorite coffee drink is caramel corretto and caramel frappe.

The muffin I was served was old and dry, dry, dry. It was old food. If you're trying to prevent food waste, advertise the food is past its best before date and heavily discount it, but I'd prefer just eating fresh food. I ate the muffin off site and realized on bite one it was old and bad or I'd have went right back and asked for a refund. Muffin spat right out. Inedible. In addition service way below average. I'll never go back. Awful. :(

At 2:15pm today, i went there to order my matcha latte as I often do. But today the girl at the counter made the latte sooo bad - it was sooo watered out idk why, It was really bad and the waitress didnt seem to even care for how she made it. i love the other workers here but managed should look into her skills because im really disappointed

They don’t deliver even though they charge me for delivery service. They even didn’t refund me for the delivery charge after I pick the order up myself looool. This is the funniest and most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I placed a delivery order thru their OWN app and eventually had to pickup by myself and was charged for delivery service. They said they don’t offer delivery service. Why even bother to have the delivery option if you don’t deliver??? Making your app looks fancy???

It’s not often you can walk into a cafe in a mall and feel like everything and everyone is moving at a 200KPH pace. This Second Cup is one of those rare exceptions. We were met with the calmest and friendliest smiles and greets without feeling any of the fake acts. The service was quick and cool, and the drinks were just as so. Top tier.

She be wearing airpods on her left ear, making you feel like shiz for ordering something. I love filipinos and filipinas but she might be the least joyful out of the bunch. I don’t think it hurts to greet your customers with a smile sometimes. Galit na galit si ate eh.

I walked into your cafe at empress walk last Monday on my break as I wanted to try your new sparkling drinks which I purchased. I had my almost empty Tim Hortons coffee with me. No sooner than I sat down the middle aged barista comes over to ask me not to drink my coffee in her store. I explained I just purchased the refresher! threw away my Tim’s cup and left. Instead of the coffee police chasing customers out of a store that is almost always empty, why not be welcoming? Last visit. @SecondCup
