Ronnie was absolutely amazing—honestly, even “amazing” feels like an understatement. He was hands down one of the best people I’ve interacted with all year. From the moment my friends and I walked in, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was incredibly respectful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a great experience.

At one point, I accidentally cut my hand, and the staff went above and beyond. They immediately checked on me, brought over bandages, paper towels, and made sure I was okay. One of the waitresses even took the time to put the Band-Aid on my hand herself, which was such a kind gesture. I really wish I knew her name because she deserves recognition too.

Our table’s waitress was also fantastic—she was attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. The teamwork between everyone was honestly impressive.

You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guests, and that level of hospitality is hard to find. Great food is important, but customer service like this is what makes people want to come back. Huge thank you to Ronnie, our waitress, and the rest of the team for making our visit such a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know.

A hidden gem with a great sports bar vibe. The space is surprisingly spacious, which makes it comfortable whether you’re coming with friends, family, or a larger group.

The menu has a wide variety of options, so it’s easy for everyone to find something they like. The food was solid, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Great prices. Great food. All of it is possible under the exemplary leadership and service provided by Ronny and his staff.

Great place to watch sports with family or friends

Went to watch the Brazil game and understandably it was busy and loud, however on two occasions we received items that did not match our orders. One was a drink order and then again on a dessert 🍨 🥧. Quite disappointing 😞.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Shoeless Joe’s on Dufferin while watching the Argentina game last night.

We arrived for the 9:00 p.m. game and the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, so there was really no reason for the service to be as poor as it was. Our server checked on us maybe once every 45 minutes. We sat with empty beer glasses and finished food platters on our table for over 40 minutes before anyone came by. We had to wait far too long for any attention, despite there being very few customers in the restaurant.

The food was also a huge letdown. Everything tasted off and nowhere near the quality I remembered from previous visits. To make matters worse, the beer that was advertised as being on special was conveniently sold out.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I used to come here regularly last year and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed. Between the inattentive service, poor food quality, and lack of overall hospitality, this visit was frustrating from start to finish.

Really good food!

Great sports bar for watching a game and enjoying food and drinks. We visited to watch a FIFA match, have a beer, and grab dinner. The service was very friendly, and the venue is spacious with plenty of TVs, making it a great place to catch a game. While we couldn’t hear the match commentary, we had no trouble watching the game.

The food was a mix of hits and misses. We ordered the steak, mac and cheese appetizer, fish tacos, and lava cake for dessert. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered and came with delicious vegetables on the side. As someone who is quite picky about food, I can say I really enjoyed that dish.

The mac and cheese appetizer was okay but not particularly memorable. The fish tacos were my least favorite item—the tortillas weren’t warm, the filling was quite oily, and the overall presentation and flavor didn’t come together well.

For dessert, we had the lava cake. It was warm and tasted good, but it lacked the signature molten chocolate center that makes a lava cake special.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience thanks to the friendly service, lively atmosphere, and a few standout dishes. I’d come back to watch another game, though I’d probably choose different menu items next time.

Marta was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She had a great attitude, checked in on us regularly without being intrusive, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Marta truly helped make our dining experience enjoyable. I would definitely come back and hope to have her as our server again. Highly recommend!

Victoria was great!! We went to enjoy NHL PO with kids but, when we went there the place was a common sports bar. After we ask her to make the bar exciting, we got excited with the screen and sounds. More over, she helped us to satisfy and control our kids. Thank you!
