The food and portions are good. However even tho I ordered a combo I had no fork given to me. The food is worth trying but be aware the service can be 50/50 the lady workers were good..but the older Asian gentleman was acting a bit strange.

To be fair, I don’t eat Mediterranean food a lot, but this is probably some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had.
It is in a food court so there’s that, but service has always been super friendly and I keep going back!

During our one week stay we have been thinking of dining at Sultan's but due to going out and about and them closing at 6 pm and not open during the weekend we only managed to have food on our last day and my my the food was spot on. The shawarma was very tasty and I wanted one more but due to travelling back I just stuck with only one but next time I am going to try all of the menu. The best place to eat.

Truly terrible service by the store manager. They served with a nonsmiling and angry facial expression If u dont like your job, why are you there? also, why would someone charge extra for sauce?

Last friday, i went to Sultan for a meal and the person i believe to be the manager, i think his name is Zuhied 🤷🏻♀️? Serves very small portions and has rlly poor customer service

The food here is amazing but they close (5:30) too early to get there after work and aren't open on the weekend so we can't get food here anymore.

First time coming here and the food service was excellent. I tried their shawarma and it was mouthwatering. Also, the Turkish guy was so kind. Will be back soon!
