“1. First of all store manager (60 years old female) always takes order smiling and greeting, which makes us visit repeatedly.
2. No issue at all of cleanness & atmosphere bcs they are located in food court.

“Their system was down today and the staff worked so hard to make sure everyone could get orders anyway. They brainstormed workarounds and eventually placed all of our orders through their drive-thru system when it came back online even though we were dine-in customers. We were so impressed by their hard work and efforts.“
“I went when I was the only customer and didn't even get my drink filled at the self-serve before the order was ready. Food was completely up to KFC standards. Leaving the review mostly because of the friendly lady working the counter who looks like she enjoys her job.“
