I contacted Raj through Google search ( did not read reviews until I interacted) and after the fact when I read the reviews I was able to relate with all these wonderful long elaborated posts about him as a person , their catering services and food !!

Raj is a great person and professional to work with when it comes to catering - he was so approachable, very patient with my 100s of questions , took tike to understand our catering needs , not just took the order but provided advise and recommendations ( yes I am not talking about finances but food here :))! He not only provided superlicius food , which everyone LOVED at the party, but also like a good friend / advisor reminded me about the other must have items to make our guests comfortable .

We used the Cuisine of India for my wedding catering and it was amazing. Rajan and his team are incredible, they will help you create the perfect menu for you! We did a family style service at our wedding and Rajan knew exactly how to execute it perfectly. The food was stellar, came out nice and HOT and all allergies were accomdated. We received exceptional service from Rajan who was recommended by a friend and what a boon he was. He went above and beyond in working with us to create a menu and provide super delicious delicacies that were delivered promptly at the predetermined time. Rajan personally helped set up the food and made sure all was well organized and perfectly placed on the table.

The pao bhaji, gatta, fruit custard, jalebi with Rabri, mango lassi and tea were fresh aromatic and super delicious. Specially loved the tawa pulao and papdi chat.

I would highly recommend them for any event. They are quite capable of handling large numbers and any Indian Cusine and are quite creative in preparing fusion dishes that will surely wow the palates of your guests. Their versatility and flexibility, their attention to detail and their prompt communication set our minds to rest right from the time we connected with them.

The cuisine of India catered my wedding this past weekend and they were absolutely amazing! We had a mixed Indian-Irish wedding with a diverse array of guests and opted to go with a mainly Indian menu. The food was phenomenal and enjoyed by all, many commented it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Rajan was so easy to work with from day one, he worked with me and helped to curate a menu and was always available to help answer my questions. He paid a site visit to our venue prior to the wedding and planned the day of execution perfectly. His crew was amazing and ensured the food was always flowing, warm and fresh. They also helped to keep everything clean and really made me feel relaxed. We hired servers and a bartender through him and all were so friendly and helpful. Rajan and his team really made my wedding day amazing, I always say the two things people remember at a wedding are the food and the drinks and Rajan and his team delivered on both! Highly recommend this catering company and we’re already planning on using them again for our next big event.

Raj was amazing helping us with the party and went the extra mile to deliver the food and let us borrow the water dispenser and Cambro. He really increased the quality of the party and also saved us time to deliver borrowed items back. Everything was very easy to coordinate and organize and he took the time to discuss with us at length our specific needs.
