I’ve been coming here for years. Quality has went down, but prices just increase. Just a bagel with egg is almost $9. The older lady is the only nice server, all the younger waitresses have a horrible attitude. I only come here if I have to and even then I regret it.

I’ve visited here multiple times. So underrated. Their steak and onion cheese melt is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I’ve tried it on Italian herb and it’s the best combination ever. I also recommend to try the tomazzo bagel with the sundried tomato cream cheese. It’s so fresh and tasty!

Great bagel spot in Toronto! I love trying out their items every Wednesday when I have classes😍 My go-to is the sausage & egg on a tomazzo bagel, loaded with veggies and cheese. I always get their sundried tomato cream cheese on the side — never disappoints 😮💨

I placed an order for a custom bagel, paying extra for each addition. When I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong bagel. I called the store to report the issue, and the manager, Hirushi, answered. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she immediately told me it was my responsibility to check the order and was quite rude. She did not apologize at all.
She asked me to bring back the incorrect bagel in exchange for the right one, so I walked back to the store. When I arrived, her attitude was even ruder, and she made false claims during our conversation. Shocked by her behavior. The experience was extremely unprofessional, with very poor customer service. I sincerely hope the management or owners address this issue with their customer service team.

I absolutely love The Great Canadian Bagel! The staff here are amazing – always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. The owner is wonderful too, you can tell they really care about both the food and the customers. Everything is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting.
My personal favorite is the Hot Tomazzo with cream cheese on one of their fresh bagels – it’s honestly unbeatable. The bagels come out soft, warm, and perfectly baked every time. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for fresh, tasty bagels and great service. This place never disappoints!
