This Tim Hortons is a nice spot to relax after shopping at Sheppard-Yonge Shopping Centre. The location is convenient and the area has a good vibe, but the space inside is a bit limited, especially during busy times. I tried the dark roast coffee — the flavor was good, but it was slightly watery, so I recommend they pay more attention to coffee preparation. I had deleted my app and was DONE with Tim Horton's because their customer service would not acknowledge a promo I should have received. This location brought me back. I work in the building and came with colleagues to get coffee. I find the staff here to be friendly and efficient. Despite it being a busy location, they stay cool. Going to give all Tims another chance, you have this location to thank.

Of course I’m not anticipating that they would expect a complicated order at 4:55 pm. But if I show up at 3:45 asking for something from the grill and I find out that they’ve closed the grill an hour and 15 minutes early and refuse to take the order that’s unprofessional.
