They dont have exhaust system so when they clean soemthing whole restaurant get full with smoke. Also they have stuff but they dont like to make so they just say that sorry we dont have it..

Too much bad begal they made. Just now i have ordered begal with chipotle sauce and they made such a bad bagel 🤮🤮🤮 with over toasted and no chipotle in it. I recommed if they cannot handle they should hire more staff. I just want to give 0 star

This location are super busy on Sat morning and as much as I like the employees that are hard working at this location. They have messed up my orders multiple times like missing sandwiches, harsh brown and donuts, multiple times with I lý half filled potatoe wedges which is unacceptable especially when I spent an average of $30-40 every single time I go here so I expect all of my foods to be in those bags when I received it but that’s never the case. Management should have a talk with the employees and have this sorted out as Tim Horton are getting a bad reviews all over the place especially on social media.

Ordered a Large double double this is what they gave me. So after I went back and showed them, they gave me another coffee and it was exactly the same, only colder. YUCK!!!

Terrible at serving, you have to repeat yourself 5/6 times, and then they'll start gossiping foolishness in tagalog (thinking you don't understand) because they don't like that you're complaining the true of how horrible they're doing and there's like 7/8 workers behind the counter; and maybe 3 customers.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city of Toronto.. always minimum 10 minute wait to get a coffee. It’s like the workers don’t wanna be there to work

Donuts are always fresh whenever I've been. Ice caps are usually filled high and taste good. The only thing I noticed is that they sometimes lack teamwork, which I understand as it can be pretty busy at times, so they are under pressure trying to get to everyone.

This is probably the best Tim Hortons in my neighborhood. The people that work there are very pleasant. I just noticed still lately that all Tim Horton's coffee is starting to go back to being bitter or burnt. I guess for some reason, they can't seem to keep tasting good.

I visited this place with kids and went to use washroom but OMG

So dirty washroom, no paper towel all paper towels through on floor
Wet floor
Seems like they never cleaned washroom
Don’t like to go second time

I order from here when I'm in the area and came here thinking this would be a better location. The person speaking from the drive thru speaker was ok. But I had specifically asked for 6 creams per cup. The person who took the order put 6 creams per each cup on the screen but I was only given 6 total... And I could let that slide, but when I received the items at the drive thru window. I was polite and asked how she was doing. She didn't respond and just handed me the items with a moody attitude and I even tried again by saying thank you. But she didn't respond or anything just handed me the items. What happened to courtesy and customer service. The people serving are the ones that are supposed to say thank you for your business and have a nice day.

And knowing the customer service business. That's the training, but it seems your employees don't follow their training . And please pay attention to the order. What if it was an allergy request and you failed to follow that one.

Interna Lighting

I was there this morning about 10 and asked for coffee with almond milk and by chance asking the brand of milk, the person told me SILK . as you know all type of milk with silk brand they have to removed from all shopping store like no frills, Walmart , Costco ,... By the government health advice.
They still use for customer unfortunately.
