My family and I went through the drive-through, and the staff couldn't hear our order. However, we were already shouting our order, and they made us repeat and shout it louder when we were already shouting.
I heard from someone that they changed their staff. I think the staff before was better because we didn't need to shout our order; we just had to repeat it to make sure they got it.

I’ve visited this Tim Hortons ☕️ many times, and it’s always been a good experience 👍. The staff are friendly 😊, orders come out quick ⏱️, and the place is kept clean.
Even during busy times, they manage the rush well. Drive-thru moves at a good pace 🚗💨, and I’ve noticed they rarely mix up orders.
