I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons location. The two employees working at the time were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers. They were playing loud personal music while customers were inside, which is not appropriate for a customer service environment.

This location is supposed to be open 24 hours, yet the employees were telling customers that they were closing in order to clean, which caused confusion and inconvenience. Their customer service was very poor, and their attitude made the experience unpleasant.

The coffee I received was poorly made, and it felt like there was no care or effort put into the service. Overall, it seemed like the employees did not take pride in their work or respect the business they represent.

I have video evidence that clearly shows what happened. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and takes action to ensure better service and professionalism in the future.

Absolute shit. Workers got a butt load of attitude and my order gets delayed. I ask why and the response I get is “Saar we are working” while they aren’t even doing SHIT. bullshit business.

The staff were working without gloves, which was very disappointing and unhygienic. It was also difficult to place an order because of the language barrier, not just accents, but the way the staff were communicating.

I work close by to this location and visit when I I feel for something sweet however, EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit the staff are disgustingly disrespectful and rude which deters me from visiting - I’ll rather drive to a further location than to put up with the consistent terrible service

On November 23 i ordered garlic bread and a brown sugar latte but i was so upset with that as it was not good and coffee also taste weird. I am not happy with the experience.

During the night shift, I experienced a very unpleasant situation where two employees
were intentionally making loud noises and disturbing the customers in the dining area.

It was quite uncomfortable to stay and enjoy my meal due to the disruption. I believe such behavior should be addressed promptly to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers, especially during late hours.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that proper measures are taken to maintain a peaceful dining atmosphere.
