Rude staff. I never been to any Tim Hortons treating people like that, customers are not allowed to get napkins by themselves?? The female staff is so aggressive and actually blamed and yelled at me in front of all people like I have to ask her if I want napkins. She was like “this is why I put the napkin box the way facing to me” What a bad customer service…

This location is just a small booth located near Loblaws in North York Centre. I've been going here for the past year and usually asked for a straw with my drink. One of the female staff, Uravashi (so sorry if I misspelled the name) remembered this without me having to ask and always sent me off with a super cute smile. Made my day ? You're the best Uravashi!

The lady who makes the food is the rudist person - no customer service. I could not understand what she was call out so I asked twice more - there were other folks waiting so I could not be sure. She told me off for asking 3 times. I then lost it and was not my best response. I asked for an apology and she gave the most fake one ever. How do you keep folks like this when obviously there are reviews from other than me.

I wish i could give the service 0 stars. The staff are very rude and super unprofessional. I have been responses to questions with so much attitude and eye rolls that it makes the trip to this Tim Hortons very unpleasant. I honestly feel like they need to re-evaluate their customer service.
