This is my go-to Tim Hortons location, I’ve placed my order 30 minutes ahead using the app before leaving my house , just to pick it before starting my work but when I arrived there it’s still not ready. I don’t wanna even complain but it’s been how many day’s that it’s the same thing I’ve been late for how many times waiting for my order just 1 drink and one food. I even started ordering earlier to avoid this, but the problem keeps happening. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m in a rush. Please improve how mobile orders are handled.

Ordered bagel double toasted . But it was barely toasted. Just cementing the fact that I should avoid food at these places. Can't get a beagle right but you try to get into pizza and scrambled eggs. I'd probably puke🤮

I asked for steeped tea double double and even after hearing and the girl screaming my confirmation she still didn’t put any sugar. And my bagel was dry and had no butter as I had requested. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy and there was no rush so I don’t know what excuse it could be. If you don’t like your job please find a new one you’re not providing a free service to act like this.
