Some people doesn’t smile, not paying attention to the customer. Giving orders in a moody manner and just put the order on thw top without asking the people and people tend to ask who’s this order for? Lousy customer service.

The staff at this location are THE BEST of all the Tim Horton’s I have visited and I have frequented quite a few.
If I have a choice, this is the location I go to.
Special shout out to Hassan, Patrician, Sharanya, Irin and Marwin and the other staff whose names I don’t know.

I have to say this is one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to in a very long time customer service was awesome. Staff is very friendly and such a clean environment I also love how diverse it is I wish I could come to this location every single day unfortunately I don't live in the area.
