Every time we order they always give us a wrong meals but we don't had enough time to return it we're in a hurry to go to work/appointment please speak slowly/carefully so that they understand what we ordering i just don't want to mention we're is the place we always buy sandwiches my kids get upset.

I recently had a really frustrating experience at Tim Hortons. I waited for a full 20 minutes just to get a simple chicken sandwich, which felt like an eternity during my lunch break. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the sandwich was disappointingly small—definitely not the usual portion size they normally serve. Not only was I left with half of my lunch break wasted, but the sandwich itself was poorly assembled, almost as if it was thrown together in a rush. Overall, it was an incredibly underwhelming experience, and I won’t be in a hurry to return.

I had a short break from work and decided to use the touch screen to order as the lineup was busy. I ordered a iced coffee and a Belt. My iced coffee had no ice in it and my Belt came without egg or lettuce. Not to mention dry? Im not sure if its supposed to have mayo at the very least, but no egg or lettuce on your Belt is not acceptable… i only found this out after i left and got back to working and therefore could not make the complaint in person… definitely not happy about it
