I’m a big fan of Uncle Tetsu and usually love their products, but the Matcha Cheese Tart was very disappointing. It had a strong smell and taste of raw eggs, which made it hard to enjoy. I expected it to taste more like a regular tart, with the matcha and cheesecake flavors standing out instead of the egg smell. I hope they improve this recipe, because I normally really enjoy everything else from them.

The creme brûlée cheese tart is so addictive. We bought it from other branch with less caramelize on top and I didnt like it. I found them here with more sugar caramelize on top. So crunchy and perfect with the vanilla mixture.the staff was so polite.
