Today I had a terrible experience at this store. I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich combo and one extra spicy chicken sandwich for myself and my friend. To my shock, one of the sandwiches had raw chicken in the middle and it was completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. When my friend went back to the store to show the sandwich, the staff simply acknowledged it, replaced it with another one, and casually asked if we wanted fries. There was no proper apology, no sense of urgency, and no concern about the food safety issue. This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous. Serving undercooked chicken can cause serious food poisoning and health problems. It makes me question their kitchen hygiene and food-handling standards. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and proper response from the staff was very disappointing. I hope management takes this matter seriously, retrains their staff, and ensures that food safety and customer wellbeing are prioritized. I will be very cautious about visiting this location again.
