Ordered the new grilled cheese burger with no mayo. It arrived with no cheese between the grilled cheese buns (so 4 plain buns??) and with mayo and none of the grilled onions that should have come with it. Also ordered a grilled chicken wrap and received a spicy crispy chicken wrap. They also called to tell me they were out of frostys and did I want a drink instead? No, I don't want a drink. If I did I would have ordered one. I then contacted Wendy's directly on their website and still haven't heard back from them 5 days later. What a joke of a company.

We ordered bacon burgers on Saturday night. My son got food poisoning and was very sick. My husband also had stomach pain. This will be the last time we go to Wendy’s. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I'm a bit disappointed with my recent experience with breakfast at Wendy's .The cleanliness of the dining area was not up to my standards. Additionally, the service I received was less than satisfactory. I hope to see improvements made in the future to enhance the overall dining experience. Every customer deserves a clean and welcoming environment, along with friendly and efficient service. I believe this location has the potential to be much better.

The staff who work at this establishment all look like they're high on something and I'm not sure what. They just stand behind the counter like zombies. The tables are dirty and the floors around the pop machine are sticky.

Probably the worst Wendy's location in North York. Garbage is always overflowing and drunk machines never work properly.
The reviews are not lying this place is just okay. The employees some of them are not happy working here and they talk very fast when they call your order. The only small good thing is the soda machine where you can refill it and choose any drink you want and the machine you can pay your debit card or credit card at. Overall it's a decent Wendy's location.

You must need to brain cells to work here. Here i am like a dummy standing in line when there is no line all the people already ordered. Do I know this? The girl behind the counter is too busy putting all her energy on mobile orders. Finally FINALLY she acknowledges me, "do you want to order something?" Well it's obvious I do or why would I stand there??? Wasted my time. Thanks. And no I will not spend money when people don't know the first thing about customer service.

I visit here very often and recently whenever I come here especially in night time, staffs are extremely slow, bad service, rude and so many mistakes. I came here 11:30 pm on Sat Oct 19th and there were 6 Staffs are staring and walking around and not really making food at all. Getting worse and worse. Obviously Manager is not doing his job neither.
