For the price I paid, it really wasn’t worth it. I requested more or less of certain ingredients and even paid extra, but the person serving me ignored my requests while making my bowls. I also wanted to try both protein options *chicken and steak* but I still ended up unhappy with what I received.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience, and as a customer I feel I should be leaving satisfied. My experience was not similar to what other reviewers described, which is unfortunate. I gave multiple opportunities for my order to be corrected, but my requests were not listened to. In the end, I felt like I paid full price for mostly veggies and rice with barely half a spoon of meat. Which is what I was served.

I don’t think I’ll be returning, but I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, portion fairness, and attention to customer requests.

I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered a chicken bowl, which was listed at $13. While the staff member was assembling my bowl, she added avocado and briefly mentioned it was “extra” — but didn’t clearly explain the cost or ask for my confirmation.

When I got to the cashier, I was surprised to see the total was $19. I was never told that the avocado would add $6 to the price. I wouldn’t have agreed to that if I had known.

This kind of unclear communication feels misleading. I expected more transparency, especially when something significantly increases the price.

Chicken tacos were really good, fries too.

I don’t know who it was that was serving me, but there was a gentleman there that was just so kind and patient with me. I have dietary restrictions and he worked with me to ensure that my food was completely vegetarian for me. He built my bowl and directed the staff to make my fries in a specific way and I really appreciated that! The food was very tasty and had a lot of flavour, the extra spicy sauce is a must! Price is also just right for the amount of food you get, 10/10!

Grossly overpriced. Employees will ignore you if you ask for extra and if you say anything while they are completing your order.

I find that the lady who is there (who never changes) is also dismissive and sometimes manipulative. She will pout a bit if you don't immediately order and she overall just tries to make you purchase more.

I guess it's good salesmanship but it could be way nicer. I don't find either of the 2 employees and or owners pleasant.

All the food is overpriced as well sadly. And it's not that awesome.

I ordered the beef bowl. It was really good. Make sure they put in the sour cream. The guacamole avocados very fresh beef is also high quality and it's located in the middle East of the mall in the food court. You can enter through the upper east entrance
